Smart Urban Mix is revolutionizing urban living by seamlessly merging residential and workspaces, addressing housing challenges in the Netherlands. FABRICations spearheaded the design research that explored the idea of smart urban blending in the Metropolitan Region of Eindhoven during the 2021-2022 program of Architectuurcentrum Eindhoven.
