• Produce weekly and monthly content for the website, social media, and newsletter (Instagram/ LinkedIn)

• Overall responsibility for content planning and communications strategy: develop and maintain a publishing plan and tone of voice

• Assist in the gathering of information and submission for tenders

• Write and refine copy for project stories, website content, press releases, presentations, project sheets, portfolios, and office CVs in both English and Dutch

• Coordinate and create visuals: photography, video, design, and visual updates

• Maintain and update the website (in regards to SEO, AEO, Google Analytics)

• Manage media relations and ensure our content is shared across external platforms

• Contribute ideas for the impact phase of projects and help expand our reach

• You have a completed bachelor’s degree in PR, Media, Marketing & Communications, or a related field

• You are curious and eager to learn

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required, written and verbal Dutch communication skills are a strong plus

• You work accurately, in a structured way, and enjoy organizing

• You’re hands-on and proactive: you spot what needs to be done and take action

• You enjoy working independently but also thrive in a team

• You have experience with MS Office and preferably with tools like Adobe, Squarespace, Google Analytics, Buffer

• A strong affinity for design, urbanism, architecture, and landscape design

• 30 Vacation days based on a full-time contract

• A gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €3,500 (full-time), depending on your education, experience, and skill set. The number of hours will be determined in consultation
