HR & Office manager
Do you want to support our missions while keeping our organisation running smoothly? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior HR Officer for 24 to 40 hours a week, who also handles some office management tasks, a diverse role at the heart of our team, culture, and daily operations.
Human Resources
Contributing to HR structure, team development, and personnel policy
Writing and posting job vacancies, coordinating the recruitment process
Hiring interns and maintaining contact with educational institutions
Organizing onboarding, including the buddy system
Handling visa applications
Supporting evaluation meetings and HR sessions
Answering HR-related questions from team members
Setting up and coordinating development cycles and strategy days focused on personal growth and team development
Office Management
First point of contact for daily office matters
Acting as the link between management, team, suppliers, and external service providers (e.g., cleaning staff, coffee suppliers)
Organizing team outings, project visits, birthdays, and events
Managing practical tasks such as office orders and gifts
Providing light administrative support.

To facilitate optimal exchange and engagement, we ask everyone to work primarily from the studio, where we share a healthy lunch each day and organise events for mutual learning.
30 Vacation days based on a full-time contract.
Flexible working hours.
One-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
A gross monthly salary between €2,700 and €3,700 (full-time), depending on education and experience. The number of working hours will be determined in consultation.

You have a completed bachelor's degree (in HR, organizational studies, communications, or a related field)
You are curious and eager to learn
You communicate clearly and fluently in both Dutch and English
You work accurately, in a structured way, and enjoy organizing
You’re hands-on and proactive: you spot what needs to be done and take action
You easily switch between tasks and keep an overview
You enjoy working independently but also thrive in a team
You have experience with MS Office and preferably with tools like TimeChimp
Affinity with architecture, urban development, and sustainability is a plus
